Global Justice Mission

Bringing God's Mercy and Justice

Global Justice Mission

Global Justice Mission exists as a branch of Global Training Network in order to equip indigenous leaders throughout the Majority World to address issues of suffering within their cultures by bringing God’s mercy and justice to bear upon the most vulnerable.

Poverty is the grinding and painful backdrop for the training that GTN regularly provides in Majority World nations. The effects of broken systems, societies and the injustice which pervades so many cultures is interwoven in the life fabric of every pastor or leader who attends a training. Suffering of every kind abounds.

GTN would be remiss if we did not provide biblically-based training to address these issues. There is a desperate need not only for training, but for hands-on assistance, service and discipleship. Global Justice Mission is a gospel- centered, compassionate arm of GTN’s ministry.

“Because of what Christ has done in us as Christians, we (as His followers) should be concerned about ALL human suffering – especially eternal suffering!”

John Piper at the 2010 Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization

“Those who are all about justification by faith alone are usually not about justice. And those who are all about justice, usually are not about justification by faith alone. I think that is a big mistake.”

Timothy Keller (pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church and author of Generous Justice)

“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:9-10

Religion that is pure and undefiled before the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction...”
