About Patricia
The Niednagel’s ministry in full-time missions work with Global Training Network began in March 2007, as Patricia and Roland stepped out in obedience to God’s calling for the next chapter in their lives. They served together for five years, until Roland was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. He passed from this earth into the loving arms of his Savior on Christmas Day, 2012.
Patricia has continued her calling to train, empower, coach and multiply women leaders globally. She has written a two-year academy for women in the Majority World, following the principles of multiplication found in 2 Timothy 2:2. Teams from all over the globe have used her writings to train women. God continues to guide Patricia in this ministry to provide training and invest in women’s lives. She has the joy of seeing them be transformed into women filled with courage, hope and confidence to share the Good News!
Patricia has been blessed to continue multiplying women leaders globally by laying biblical foundations to strengthen their understanding and effectively spread the Gospel. Her 2023 ministry includes training in Brazil, Uganda, Rwanda and India. She also mentors several women each week, including women in Russia, and provides weekly Zoom training for two groups in India.
It is her joy to serve and train women, and to see radical life change through the power of the Living God!
