About Tom & Mary Lou
Tom and Mary Lou Shedd joined GTN in September 2015, after serving in many churches on the west coast of the US (in music ministry) and then in one church (as senior pastor) for seventeen years. They have four adult children and two grandchildren.
Currently, Tom trains pastors and church leaders in many countries around the world and particularly the countries adjoining Lake Victoria in central and east Africa. He utilizes three curricula: Timothy Leadership Training; Music and Worship Arts Training; and Understanding the Bible.
Tom and Mary Lou enjoy sports (although they are viewing a lot more than participating at this point in their lives). Both are very musical and were worship leaders in the churches in which they served.
Both graduated from UCLA, and Tom also did a graduate program in USC in Church Music before later receiving a Master of Divinity at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. They feel young at heart and enjoy loving and laughing with family and friends.
