A GTN Elevate Workshop

January 12-16, 2026

Dallas, Texas

Effective facilitation leads to transformational learning and multiplication. Facilitating learning is not just a synonym for teaching. It’s a very different approach that uses both validated adult learning theory and best practices designed to maximize student experience and learning.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

By participating in this workshop…

  1. You will add proven facilitation methods and techniques to your teaching and training skillset.

  2. You will also be equipped to train others with basic facilitation skills which are essential for effective multiplication.

  3. Moreover, if both you and your spouse are gifted teachers, you will learn how to co-teach this workshop.

Together, we will explore and practice:

  1. Jesus’ Teaching Methods

  2. Ways Adults Learn that Lead to Transformation

  3. Contextualizing and Engaging Diverse Learning Styles

  4. The Art of Asking Questions

  5. Creating a Vibrant Learning Environment

  6. Developing Meaningful and Creative Facilitation Plans

  7. Advanced Facilitation Skills & Interventions

This workshop will be led by GTN staff Bego & Larry Meeker, both professionally trained facilitators who have taught facilitation workshops in many countries and contexts.
