Our Board of Directors is committed stewarding with excellence. As leaders with a cross-section of professional experiences, their goal is to see GTN’s ministry flourish and grow in effectiveness.

Our Leadership team includes GTN’s President and Executive Vice Presidents, all of whom provide strategic oversight and direction for the entire organization.

History
The ministry of GTN began in the Spring of 2004 when Paul Madson, Senior Pastor of an evangelical Christian church in suburban Phoenix, and his wife, Lisa, acted on a desire to be involved in cross‐cultural missions full‐time.
Values
All of our work is doctrinally sound, grace oriented, kingdom minded, spiritually thriving, indigenous in practice, and committed to multiplying. It is by these values that we operate together to bring to the gospel to all the nations.
Beliefs
We want to equip church leaders with the information that we believe to be most true and accurate. Our staff is comprised of seasoned church leaders who have committed the better part of their lives to learning and teaching.
