But what makes for a healthy partnership? What are some common pitfalls that can derail global partnerships? How do we avoid control and neo-colonialism, while also providing some measure of direction and accountability? What are some healthy ways to navigate cross-cultural disagreements and misunderstandings?
Pastor Girma Desalegn from Ethiopia and our own Joel Madson have enjoyed a global partnership for over a decade. In this webinar, they will share how their partnership began, how trust developed, bumps they experienced along the way, how they navigated funding and other challenges, and how the partnership has morphed over the years.
