About Carl & Carolyn
Carl and Carolyn met in 1970 and were married in 1972, while completing Bible college in San Jose, California. Carl served as a youth pastor and then world missions pastor at Los Gatos Christian Church. They were privileged to travel in more than 25 countries, encouraging missionaries and seeing God’s amazing work around the world.
From 1987 to 2013, Carl has served as Pastor-Teacher of Cedar Mill Bible Church in Portland, Oregon.
After more than 45 years of service in two strong missions-minded churches, Carl and Carolyn now serve full time in teaching, encouraging and equipping pastors and leaders. They have a deep love for the local church and a great burden for pastors who have very little training, encouragement or mentoring.
Carl and Carolyn Palmer have been married for 45 years and are blessed with three sons and four granddaughters.
