Senior Staff
About Everett & Beth
Everett joined the staff of GTN in 2017, bringing with him more than 38 years of ministry experience. He is a graduate of Clemson University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Everett served for 8 years with the International Mission Board of the SBC, living in Nigeria and Brazil. He has ministered on various church staffs through the years, including Myrtle Beach Community Church (now shortened to Beach Church) and most recently serving for 12 years as Associate Pastor at Ocean View Baptist Church in Myrtle Beach, SC.
He met his wife, Beth, at his first church after seminary. She is a graduate of Carson-Newman College and the University of South Carolina. Everett and Beth have 2 adult children, both girls, and are the proud grandparents of 3 young grandchildren (two boys and a girl).Beth has invested much of her life in children, most importantly as a mom, then as a certified music teacher and as a Children’s Minister. In 2015, she shifted her ministry emphasis to helping people as a realtor. Everett and Beth moved to Rock Hill, SC in 2021 to be near family and now Beth has transitioned her focus to being “Nonny” for their 3 young grandchildren.
God has given Everett a heart for discipleship and a heart for the nations. So, GTN is the perfect avenue for him to live out his passion as he helps to train national pastors in the majority world, who will in turn evangelize and disciple others (2 Timothy 2:2). Everett wants to be used in his remaining years of ministry to make the biggest impact possible, and he is convinced that God has led him to GTN as the most strategic way to accomplish this mission.
