About Stu & Emily
Stu & Emily have been married since September 2022. They have come together through their faith and pursuit of God. They both have an intense passion for the youth in their local area of Monroe, Washington. Emily works as a Physical Therapy Assistant, while Stu is part-time pastoring youth and teaching theology courses at their home church. However, on an ideal day you will find them both trail running or biking deep in the mountains, and ending the day with a nice campfire.
They are excited to be trainers with GTN so that they can help under-resourced pastors and church leaders to be better equipped, trained and encouraged to press on. Primarily working in East and Central Africa, they are also interested in broadening their scope, be it God’s will. Their focus is reaching and engaging local pastors and church leaders in order to build relationships, strengthen the local churches and equip them to better reach their own communities at local & sustainable levels.
