About Carl & Patsy
Carl and Patsy Green bring decades of experience in church leadership and global ministry. Carl served as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Fellowship Church in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, for 25 years, where he played a key role in its growth from one service to six and from a single staff member to a team of 43. Under his leadership, the church actively engaged in church planting efforts, establishing eight new churches in the Philadelphia area and seven internationally.
Carl holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Columbia International University. His lifelong commitment to the church centers on leadership development and equipping emerging church leaders worldwide. Patsy shares this passion, focusing on discipleship and biblical education for women. She is an accomplished Bible teacher and plays a vital role in mentoring and equipping women through GTN initiatives.
Family
Carl and Patsy are proud parents to three daughters, each engaged in meaningful service. Their eldest, Denise, and her husband, Matt, serve as Foreign Service Officers with the U.S. Department of State, relocating globally every two years. Their second daughter, Carla, is married to Greg Lusby and works as a Vice President of Finance. They reside in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with their two sons, Nolan and Blake. Their youngest daughter, Katie, is married to Ryan Enns. Katie is a schoolteacher, and Ryan serves as the Executive Director of the Westside Community Center, a ministry of Providence Church West Chester. They live in West Chester (next door to Carl and Patsy) with their four children: Bennett, Scarlett, Ashlynn, and Keagan.
Global Ministry
Carl and Patsy’s ministry focuses on Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, where they collaborate with pastors and church leaders in underserved and remote communities. Their mission includes equipping and resourcing local leaders while fostering sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships between U.S.-based pastors and churches in these regions. They are strengthening the global church and expanding its reach in some of the world’s most challenging ministry environments through their efforts.
