About Dennis & Patricia
Dennis and Patricia began serving with Global Training Network in 2024, after being involved in pastoral ministry for over 40 years. They met at Florida Bible College in 1972 and were married in 1976. Dennis studied at Biblical Theological Seminary (now known as Missio Seminary) outside Philadelphia and graduated with an M.Div. degree in 1982. He served as an Assistant Pastor at a Bible church for four years in Pennsylvania, and while serving at that church, he attended Westminster Theological Seminary and graduated with a Th.M. degree in 1988.
Patricia has served in the accounting department of the Vanguard Group, as receptionist for a medical office, and as a mother and pastor’s wife.
They moved to central New Jersey with their two children in 1986 to help begin a new Bible Fellowship Church and served there for the next 35 years. During that time, Dennis studied with Dr. Haddon Robinson at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and graduated with a D.Min. degree in 1998.
In 2017, Dennis experienced a spiritual awakening that transformed his life and ministry. Since then, his passion has been to be a catalyst for spiritual awakening in the church. He wants to see God’s people live in Christ, by the Spirit, and for the glory of the Father every moment and every day. Dennis and Patricia call their ministry Life As It Ought to Be: Experiencing the supernatural joy, love, and freedom that God intends—every day!
The Cahill’s now live in North Augusta, SC, a few blocks from the beautiful Savannah River. They are members of the historic First Presbyterian Church of Augusta, GA. Dennis teaches Sunday School and at City View Seminary in Augusta, and Patricia helps in the church library.
Among other things, Dennis enjoys scuba diving with his daughter Megan. He and Patricia both enjoy spending time with their three children (two married) and their two grandchildren.
